When you use Fitter, we store:

  • Workouts you create (cardio and strength)
  • Your training preferences and settings
  • Conversations with the AI coach
  • Connected service data (e.g., Wahoo) if you choose to link accounts

Technical Data

We collect minimal technical data for app functionality:

  • Device type and operating system (for the iOS app)
  • Error logs to fix bugs and improve the app

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the workout planning service
  • Sync your workouts across devices
  • Enable AI coach functionality
  • Export workouts to your devices (Wahoo, Garmin, Zwift, etc.)
  • Improve the app and fix issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Third-party services you connect (e.g., Wahoo) — only the workout data needed for sync
  • AI providers (for the coach feature) — workout context is sent to process your requests
  • Error tracking services — anonymized crash reports to improve app stability

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage, and access controls to protect your data.

Fitter is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
